A £400 million project to create Hale Village
is underway which will create a brand new suburb of London with
proposed plans to build a new primary school, health centre, hotel
and high street. It will transform this large area of former
industrial wasteland and open up a vibrant waterfront area. Newlon

bedroom apartments are priced from £66,400 for a 40% share with a
